The Tuesday Draft league is a INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION . Max 60 Players and 6 goalies equaling 6 teams. Everyone is placed on a team. All registries' will get an email of the time of the Draft prior to the start of the season.

The Wednesday Competitive (On HOLD until I can find Referees) and Thursdays Over 35 Leagues are TEAM REGISTRATION. Max 6 teams. First Come First Serve.

The team's Capitan, is responsible of paying a hold fee of HALF of the league fee at time of registration. Capitan's will be contacted by league organizer prior to start of league. Volunteer options are set up for youth leagues so if your signing up for adult leagues don't worry about them.  NOTE: Again in 2026 Rosters will be REQUIRED. Rostered Players need to play at least 3 league games to be eligible for the playoffs unless there is a realistic reason that prohibited the players absences.

The PAYMENT OPTIONS are through the website (not recommended as there is a fee) Cash, Check, or Venmo (@MAD-Hockey)by week 4. If you choose to pay Cash, Check, or Venmo option select PAY by CHECK at the end of check out process.
