2025 SUMMER Adult Ball Hockey Leagues

2025 MAD Hockey Adult Programs Registration: PLEASE READ BELOW. DRAFT League Minimum Age is 16.

The Tuesday Draft league is a INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION . Max 60 Players and 6 goalies equaling 6 teams. Everyone is placed on a team. All registries' will get an email of the time of the Draft prior to the start of the season.

NEW for 2025: DRAFT LEAGUE FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DRAFT NIGHT TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis

****JERSEYS: Please order your jersey from Granite State Design (GSD) contact Jason Lacasse at [email protected] or call him direct at 603-952-9513. These are Home and Away jerseys (Electric Green and Army Tan) that will be worn for the year. You will be required to order one for the Draft League.**** Note: If you already have a set of jersey's you don't need to order new ones.

The Wednesday Competitive (On HOLD until I can find Referees) and Thursdays Over 35 Leagues are TEAM REGISTRATION. Max 6 teams. First Come First Serve.

The team's Capitan, is responsible of paying a hold fee of HALF of the league fee at time of registration. Capitan's will be contacted by league organizer prior to start of league. Volunteer options are set up for youth leagues so if your signing up for adult leagues don't worry about them. NOTE: Again in 2025 Rosters will be REQUIRED. Rostered Players need to play at least 3 league games to be eligible for the playoffs unless there is a realistic reason that prohibited the players absences.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: There is a payment option through the website but there is a fees associated. Preferred payment option is Venmo (@mad-hockey) Cash or Check. If you choose to pay Cash, Check, or Venmo option select PAY by CHECK at the end of check out process.
